What is the process of "Vacuum Bag Molding"?
A process for molding-reinforced plastics in which a sheet of flexible, transparent material is placed over the lay-up on the mold and sealed. A vacuum is created between the sheet and the lay-up. The entrapped is next mechanically worked out of the lay-up and removed by the vacuum, finally, the part is cured.
