What benefits can I expect from a Filtration System?
There are many benfits attained with proper filtering. In a grinding application you can expect fewer rejects, longer wheel life, better control of finish, increased coolant life and less down time for machine cleaning. On a machining operation, the greatest benefit is machine uptime. Additional benefits include: increased tool life, more accurate part-fixturing, and longer coolant-life. Machines that pump coolant through the spindles under high pressure are especially vulnerable to serious downtime and tool wear problems resulting from dirty coolant.
