What is "Recourse on a Lease"?
Recourse Agreement is a document between the leasing company and the vendor or manufacturer in which an acknowledgement of a guarantee is made which will unconditionally and irrevocably agree to indemnify and pay the leasing company, as primary obligor the full and prompt payment when due of all expenses. This amount is specific and determined prior to the lease commencing.
