What is the advantage of "Epoxy Granite"?
Each material is assessed by a ring test. Given an initiating tap the material will vibrate. The amplitude of vibration will be attenuated b the damping characteristic of the material. The epoxy granite reduces the amplitude of vibration very quickly whereas the cast iron, like a bell, maintains a relatively high vibrational amplitude for a significantly longer period. The epoxy granite shows vibration dampening 6 times better than cast iron.
